Well I will suggest you to go for LPU because all the faculty members are highly educated and you will get all the facilities related to your course. You will get all opportunities to explore your self. LPU is one of the top university in India. Many big companies come to hire the students.

NIT is better than LPU, as the Brand Value is there and the affordability of the fees in terms of LPU. NIT Silchar is best and next comes NIT Agartala and NIT-Meghalaya Thus, this is as per my view you may choose as per you like, as every college is better in their own perspective field and factors.
