B.Sc. Physics is definitely a better choice. There is much scope in physics as compared to agri. After completing your graduation. You can apply for JAM and can pursue your Masters from any of the IITs. Later on, you may go for research or teaching. But, you must be consistent in studies if you opt foe physics. Afterall Science requires patience. Good luck!

B.Sc in physics would be better option than agriculture. You can even go for Masters after your graduation.
