It can't be said which one is the best between MBA and bank PO. All depends an individual's perspective. Both of them have certain similarity and dis-similarity. MBA is offered by University, PGDM is by institute. MBA syllabus is generally less updated in comparison to PGDM. However, it may vary depending on the brand. Some institutes also provides PGDM which is equivalent to MBA and is required in case of Government Job and further studies.
