According to me, both are at same level. Tapmi has been ranked ahead of Nirma by the ranking institutions but since past few years, the average placement package offered and the overall placement of Nirma has increased. So, I would say IMNU and Tapmi are now at the similar level. The highest package in the current placement season has been 16 lakhs and the lowest has been 6.4 lakhs.
