Between all three mentioned, I'll advice to go for Java. Among these java captures major market share. Due to its open source attribute most companies invest in Java for their application development. Also java has some unique features which keeps it at upper hand over other two. But yes going towards learning curve, Java requires more time to get proficiency. But in end you will enjoy upper hand after learning Java. Best of Luck.!!
