Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be giving a better knowledge of management. Whereas, Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Technology (M.Tech) will be giving you a full knowledge of the field of technology that no other combination can give. Now, when you are thinking of Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Business Administration (MBA), you have an opportunity to learn both technology and management. Talking of career growth, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) will be giving you a job at the managerial role. Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master in Technology (M.Tech) will be landing you basically in a technical team of the company, whereas, Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) will land you on a head of a Tech company or even in a large MNC. Now, talking about pay, scale Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master in Technology (M.Tech) combination and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Master of Administration (MBA) combination are same, whereas, Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) have a higher pay scale. BBA+ MBA or B.Tech is like comparing Dosa or Pizza where there is no relevant stuff. If you're a technical guy and if you have a capacity to clear all 44 subjects in 4 years then go for B.Tech. If you wanna be an entrepreneur or in management field with less pressure, then BBA+MBA will be the best. This is not a question which someone should answer, your inner voice will give you the right answer if you've patience to listen to it. All the best.

B.Tech + MBA is far better. You won't get a job after BBA but after B.Tech, you can have a job and after having experience of 1 to 2 years. You can go for MBA as it will make a great difference.
