Finance can be defined as a subject involves the management, control and review of the collection, investment and resources of money as a capital required for an industrial building, plant and working. Independent Practice as Financial Consultant etc. Whereas MBA-HR focused on Man Management / Human Resource Management. This is means using human resources effectively to attain the organizational goals.It requires Recruiting right candidate for right position at right time, Remuneration Management, Training etc. HR Manager is one who is doing Recruitment Activities, Payroll Management, Employee Training and Induction, Relieving formalities etc. for Management.
