Firstly, in most cases let me tell you what is difference in BE and B.Tech. Universities those offer other degrees along with engineering named their engineering degree as BE (Bachelor of Engineering) and Institute constituted for only Engineering studies named their degree as B.Tech(Bachelor of Technology). This may not be true for all cases, but most. Education-wise there is hardly any difference. Now coming to the selection of branch, you need to discover your interests first irrespective of the scope and job opportunities for a particular branch. The amount of dedication and hardwork you give will totally depend on your interests. And it will definitely give results (job opportunities). So best of luck friend.

It completely depends on the interest of the individual as there is no such superior branch. The interest of an individual makes the branch conclude the career.

It depends upon your interest. If you are interested in computers then go for B.Tech in CSE.

This totally depends on your interests because every branch has its own ups And downs, difficulties and easiness. So, it's up to you to decide which branch to choose. If you have any interest in coding and computers, take CSE, if hardware is your field take mechanical, electrical or electronics. So, it's up to you to choose.
