Your score in PCM is very low so if you performed well in your JEE then go for government colleges or else in private, VIT is the best college for engineering in CS it has good job opportunities as well as high placement record if you do well in your tenure. If not in VIT then go for Manipal or Thapar. For VIT you can refer to the site below-
