After completing class 12th in science, I would suggest you go for B.Sc or B.Tech, because after completing this course. Yes, you are eligible to give AFCAT CDS level exam through which you can join the Indian Armed Forces.

After completing class 12th with Science, I would prefer you to go for other B.Sc Degree or B.Tech degree, because after completing this course. Yes, you are eligible to give AFCAT CDS level exam through which you can join Indian forces.
