Both are best choice, and CCNA & RedHat are equal, but remember Cisco is Networking and RedHat is Linux , Cisco is a closed source and RedHat is open course, that's why Cisco has very good and much better revenue. If you did both or any one certification, you will be definitely getting a better job. If you are interested in server side networking, then you can go for RedHAT. It is the best suitable course. If you are interested in core networking, then you can go for CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, and CCIE. RedHat course has an edge over CCNA, as it has links to Linux, which is widely in use in an IT-Industry, and there is need of such specialized professionals. Linux is very vast and it is growing more rapidly than network. It doesn't mean just after getting certified, you'll get huge salary and designation. It totally depends on your experience and knowledge on linux-RedHat. You can expect good job offers in IT/IS based companies with initial salaries of Rs. 2-3 LPA.
