Dear, If you want to do software engineering course then you can choose IT but if you want to have knowledge of both hardware and software then you must choose CSE. I think CSE is a better option as it will enhance your domain in jobs in turn best for your future also You will have to select the college which bridge the gap between institutions and companies which will transform you into a technocrat, which gives you something more than your regular syllabus. if you move towards Jaipur you will find few colleges like MNIT, SKIT, Anand-ICE etc. There is a college in my view Anand-ICE near Kanota Jaipur which provides 390 degree development of student. you should visit there.
