We can not say that one specialty is better than another. Each have its own advantages . For Example , salary scale of Marketing Manager may be much higher than HR, but risk and target will be more tough. Same is applicable for Finance also .

There is no such thing as best specialization in MBA. Its up-to us which specialisation we take and make it the best. The core specialisation in MBA are finance, HR, operations and marketing.
