Which is the best university to pursue PhD in Neuroscience in India and abroad?

When you are looking for PhD there is no question of best university. Unless you find something new PhD can not be achieved. Any university give you full funding and pay you stipend to do that is the best university. Because the funding does not come from University . In fact no university can afford this. Hence the money comes from an Industry who sponsors the research. You will agree no Industry will spend so much unless the standard of faculty and research facility is good in an university.
