All these exams have different difficulty levels however every exam is meant to be cracked. For CLAT the competition is lillte less as the number total number of seats of all the college's is high whereas in AILET the competition is really very high because the number of seats are very limited. ISAT India is a little less difficult as compared to CLAT and AILET but again the competition over here is also considerate. DU LL.B. Has a tertiary difficulty level and the competition is a little less but not ignorable.

None of the exams are easy to crack. In CLAT, you need under 200 rank to get to the top 3 NLU's. In other exams also, you need a better rank to get qualified. So, all are not that easy to crack. If you prepare seriously, you can qualify the desired exam. The basic difference in AILET and CLAT is that in the legal portion in CLAT one has not to think other than the principal whereas in AILET one has to apply his own mind too. So AILET is a bit tough than all. Other than these if you see CLAT has many NLU's so if one gives CLAT examination one has eligibility to get qualified to any of the NLU's according to rank. If one has 1000 rank in CLAT so than also he might get to any of the NLU's. For LSAT-INDIA also one can qualify to many good private colleges. But the situation is differnt for AILET and DU LLB. For these one can get admission only in the specified college. So accordingly one has to score very much for geeting better rank to qualify in the respective exams. So, in conclusion AILET and DU LLB are comparitively tougher in this aspect.
