Commerce is the best stream to pursue BBA course. For studying BBA, you can apply to these colleges: Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi University of Mumbai UTM, Shillong Symbiosis International University, Pune NMIMS University, Mumbai

As first, BBA is a management course but if you belong to commerce field than you can have a good hold in BBA course as many subjects in BBA are same as commerce like- accounts, economics, business studies, etc.

It is better to choose commerce stream in class 11th to pursue BBA course. Though, there is no compulsion as many a times students who opted for science and arts in class 11th and 12th end up doing BBA course. But, if you already have the clarity that you want to pursue BBA, then it would be better to choose commerce stream, as it would make you familiar to many subjects like accounts and financial analysis, economics, business studies, etc. which would help you in your BBA. It would be an advantage to choose mathematics as your optional subject along with commerce stream, if one has interest.

If you wish to pursue BBA, then you should choose commerce in class 11th. It will give you a better understanding of this course.
