Learning another language gets you opened to a new world, new way of viewing things, new activities, and new people. Cultures shape reasoning, therefore your mind gets opened to another way of viewing things when you take a ride into another culture that's not yours. You will see the world from a definitely different angle. You just might learn German to add another language under your belt. German is closer to English and much easier to learn than many other languages. Also from the perspective of the tourism industry, Germans are avid travelers hence this could prove to a great option to learn. This language will also open a lot of opportunities in the corporate sectors that have German financed sources as Germany is the third largest economy of Europe and is investing heavily in the international market.

German and Spanish both have their own benefits. It is better if you go with German, as it's a more common European language.

Certainly, Spanish as it is the most widely spoken language all around the world.

The questions are way too broad. If that indicates you're not really sure what exactly you want to do, then Spanish is probably the better bet. However, for tourism jobs, German might be better because Germans travel a lot, so it will be useful in the tourism industry pretty much everywhere.
