It is absolutely fine if you do not love coding. If you love computers, you still have an option of choosing animation or VFX, editing, etc. But you have to decide whether to take on a course in computers or into management. Both of them are two different courses. So think wisely and then decide.

Both IT and management are good fields to choose for Master degree. Both have good jobs in market.

You can't take or have two separate roads at the same time. What you need to decide is, do you want to take technical background as your career or management background. Both have their separate exams and colleges. For technical - you have GATE, GRE, etc. While for management, you have CAT, GMAT, etc. Choose wisely.

You can pursue MCA after BCA. MCA is a good course and will fetch you good job opportunities.

If you interest in computer then you must go for BCA and after it I would suggest you to go for MBA as the combination of BCA and MBA will give you a lot of opportunities. There will be a little bit of coding.
