Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) is one of the best private engineering colleges and is looked forward to by a lot of students every year. Since you're opting for a Bachelor's degree in computer science, you'd be better off in a city where the IT sector is growing, and software engineers are in demand, in my opinion.
