Which of these is better: B.Tech in CSE from Techno India University or B.Tech in CSE from HIT, Kolkata?

With no doubts, Heritage Institute of technology is far better than Techno India. The CSE branch in Heritage comes under the best branch. This is not because I am a student of Heritage. But here are some facts, which show the same. Firstly, talking about the number of students the strength is CSE heritage is 180+ and that in Techno is around 120. Next if we talk about the placements. The average placement is 3.75-4.00 LPA in Heritage whereas in Techno, it is 3.00-3.50 LPA. Apart from this, the highest placement last year for heritage was around 22 lakhs. Also, some of the students got a package of 8-10 lakhs whereas in Techno, the highest package was around 8-10 LPA. Moving on to the infrastructure. Heritage is a way more rich than Techno India. It includes the facilities, campus, hostel, sports facilities, etc. But as compared to Heritage, Techno is not that good. Techno also lacks at things like Auditorium whereas Heritage has a very big and standard auditorium. Earlier, Heritage did not have Wi-Fi campus, but now Heritage also provides full WIFI campus. Moreover, the faculties in Heritage are better than Techno India. The qualification, experience, method of teaching, etc. is good and is considered strong than Techno India.
