Which of these is better: BE (Hons.) in CSE from BITS-Pilani or B.Tech in CSE from VIT University?

VIT University: Intake:- 240 (CSE) Placements- Average package:- 6 LPA Highest package:- 24 LPA Recruiters:- TCS, Wipro, Microsoft, Tally Solutions, HP, HCL, Tech Mahindra and many more. Here is the link to get more details of the placements:

BE (Hons) in Computer science and engineering from Birla institute of technology and science(BITs) Pilani is far better than computer science and engineering from Vellore institute of technology (VIT).BITs is one of the best engineering college of India and gives very tough competition to even the top IITs. I will try to distinguish between the given two colleges in the basis of few parameters: INFRASTRUCTURE: Here, BITs has the upper hand. Infrastructure at VIT is also good but not as good as BITs. CROWD QUALITY: BITs don't have any type of reservation. That’s why cut-off of BITS goes higher. Quality of students is very good there. No management quota seats and no ranking slots. While VIT has management quota seats and ranking slots. So, BITs again has edge over VIT. FACULTIES: BITs has well qualified and experienced faculties. VIT top has pool of good faculties. PLACEMENT: Placement wise BITs is far better than VIT. VIT students get quantity of job but BITsians bag good quality job. Also, average package is higher in BITs. Companies like Google, Facebook, Amazon, SAP Labs, Flipkart etc are top recruiters in BITs. FEE: Both the colleges have almost similar fees.Infact little higher in BITs.
