Both the colleges are too good at aeronautics, but the actual thing is that now in India there is no big scope for these two fields. So my advice is, please don't choose that field.

Branch wise speaking, there will be more scope of placements in computer science branch as compared to aeronautical engineering, Also, there will be more of theoretical aspects covered in BE branch as compared to B.Tech branch, so if you want to be job oriented, you have to opt for B.Tech branch, for the simple reason being more scope of placement. However, if research means a lot to you, you must definitely go for BE in aeronautical engineering branch and then opt for further study in a good university. Hope this helps!
