BBA plus MBA offers a streamlined career, your basics would be strongly covered in BBA which will help you in leveraging advantage while you will do your MBA course. The career path would be of a specialist rather than a generalist as your under graduation and post graduation will be in the same degree. M.Tech plus B.Tech is made for those who are highly involved in technology and have immense love for technical things and can understand in and out of technology of their respective domains. Once you become a master of your domain then your career growth is high. B.Tech plus MBA is a versatile combination which shows your command over both technical as well managerial skills.Thus there are lots of opportunities for this type of combination in future.

First, let's start with the difference. BBA is Bachelors in business administration which provides you with the knowledge of managing the business or of how to market a company's product, whereas, B.Tech is a Bachelor's degree which provides you with the technical knowledge and M.Tech is a Master's degree which provides you with the technical knowledge. BBA with MBA will provide you only managerial skills, whereas, if you choose B.Tech with M.Tech, it will give you core technical skills and if a person opts for B.Tech followed by MBA then it will help a candidate with both managerial as well as that of technical skills so according to me, a person with wide knowledge and multitasking ability is preferred by many companies. Also, according to me, B.Tech with MBA is better than that of any other course. And if we compare the salary also, the salary is much better of B.Tech with MBA then that of any other field. So, according to me B.Tech+MBA is a better career option.

Now when you are thinking of Bachelor in Technology (B.Tech) and Master in Business Administration (MBA) you are have an opportunity to learn both technology and management. Talking of career growth Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) and Master in Business Administration (MBA) will be giving you a job at managerial role. Bachelor in Technology (B.Tech) and Master in Technology (M.Tech) will be landing you basically in a technical team of the company whereas Bachelor in Technology (B.Tech) and Master in Business Administration (MBA) will be landing you as a head of a Tech Company or even in large MNCs. The salary package for BBA + MBA graduate starts from 20000/- per month. The salary package for a B.Tech + M.Tech is also somewhat approximated to 20000/- month. The salary package for a B.Tech + MBA graduate is more than 25000/- per month minimum. Major IT and non IT Firms will look for technical and non-technical students for their company. Multitasking students are always worthy for all. B.Tech students have less packages and less job opportunities nowadays. The B.Tech +MBA students will be having good salaries as compared to B.Tech + BBA Graduates and B.Tech + M.Tech. So I suggest you to go for B.Tech + MBA.
