I didn't know about DIT but I can say that LPU is the best for computer science, the placements are also good. DIT and LPU are both private universities, though, LPU has a bigger name and better infrastructure. Placement opportunities are also better in LPU than in DIT. DIT is though good for the local residence of Dehradun and nearby area. Otherwise, LPU is far better.
