It completely depends on your study choices. The more you go up in any corporate sector and to good extend in government jobs too, you are expected to have better management skills in your workplace. So, your MBA is highly valued that takes place when you are senior and technically better that peers in your field, which is often depicted by you doing M.Tech. So, all depends on you. Top brass has both, but less senior than those designations, you need M.Tech for engineering only jobs with less administration workloads and for management purposes, you need an MBA.

If you are interested in Higher Studies or research in the same stream then you may go for M.Tech, else M.Sc would be a good option. You should have 55% marks for B.Tech/BE and a valid score of GATE. I am enlisting a few good colleges for M.Tech : IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, DTU, IIT Varanasi, IIT Dhanbad, NIT Surathkal, NIT Tiruchirappalli, NIT Warangal, NIT Calicut, Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar, Punjab, College of Engineering, Anna University, DTU, VIT, BITS, IIIT Hyderabad, IIEST Howrah, College of Engineering Pune, Jadavpur University, IIIT Allahabad, Anna University. If you are not interested in learning technology anymore, only then you should pursue MBA. You should have cleared anyone entrance test (such as CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT/CMAT/GMAT/NEST) and should also have a min of 45% to 55% in your Bachelors. You can do MBA in any specializations of your interest. Some Good Colleges are: IIMS, XLRI Goa Institute of Management Lovely Professional University-Punjab K. J. Somaiya Institute Mumbai D. Y. Patil University.

If you do MBA, you will perceive both managerial and technical skills. So, you will have better job opportunities later on. So, pursue MBA, if you like to study real life situations.

It may depend upon the type of thinking and person you are. If you want to go for further studies in engineering field, go for M.Tech or if you are interested in controlling a pack or a company or interested in business field you can go for MBA. However, there is no valid reason for doing MS.

It depends on your interest. Currently, I am a B.Tech student, so I suggest you to take admission for B.Tech and crack PSU exam. After PSU exam, you have to take more than INR. 10 Lacs package.
