A B.Tech Graduate always has an upper hand as compared to a BCA Graduate. The companies tend to hire those candidates with B.Tech degree more than BCA candidates. So, according to this criteria, everyone should pursue B.Tech then? No. At first, you should know your capabilities and capacity because everyone is not able to cope up with the study material of B.Tech, whereas BCA is relatively easy to pursue as compared to B.Tech. So, its upto you to decide if you are good in studies and able to cope up with a huge amount of dedication towards studies then you should definitely go for B.Tech. And if not you can pursue BCA as your second option.

According to me, B.Tech +M.Tech in CSE is much demanding now a days. Look it's your choice of interest that whether you want to do BCA +MCA or B tech + M Tech. Every course have its own significance value so don't compare that whether BCA or B.Tech which is best. Every course is best in its field. So, don't be confused. Just focus that what you want from your future.

For a B.Tech graduate, you can expect an initial pay package of Rs 20 Lacs per annum. And B.Tech is in more demand.

B.Tech is one of the most popular courses, always in demand in India. Students prefer this course with an idea of securing a well paid job after the completion of their professional degree course. So, you can select any branch of engineering depending upon your interest among CSE, Mechanical, Electronics, Civil, Aerospace, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, Chemical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Electronics and Computer Engineering or any other. The stream has its own career opportunities and perspectives and offers ample of career opportunities. So it will be advisable if you do your degree from a well known university and that provides prime placement opportunity, outstanding industrial exposure and professional enhancement training. I can enlist some university for your help - Lovely Professional University, Manav Rachna University, Sharda University etc. Which offers excellent learning atmosphere to its students. I hope it helps.
