Courses don't really matter, look for colleges. BCA from a good college will be much better than B.Tech from an average college.

BCA is related to computers. In B.Tech, there are many branches. If you want to take CSE or IT, then you must go for B.Tech rather than BCA.

B. Tech is a good. If you go with BCA it would take 3 year and 2 year for MCA to get jobs
