B.Tech in computer Science is a better option than BCA, because B.Tech gives you practically technical knowledge, which I what employers search for.

While BCA gives students a good technology knowledge, it is advisable to complete your MCA to give yourself career wise push. After graduation, a student with a B.Tech degree has greater job opportunities than a student with a BCA.

Basically, it is based on your interest. B.Tech is a better option if you want to become software engineer. You will get all the required information related to programming if you pursue B.Tech. B.Tech will be a better choice if you want to make your career in the CS field.
