Nowadays, computer Science is better than information technology in terms of demand in the market and placement opportunities, so B.Sc in computer Science is no doubt a better option.

Though at the offset, both look same. It is to be noted that B.Sc. in IT and B.Sc. in CS are seriously different. I found that B.Tech in IT was less liked by employers in comparison to B.Tech in CS or CS. So, the same applies to this as well. I shall vouch for B.Sc. in Computer Science.
