Both are reputed college. You can do either of them. But choose the branch which interests you more.

See ECE is better in Warangal in terms of ranking and placement also. NIT, Warangal is second best NIT after Trichy and ranked better than some of the IITs. So my advice you should go for Warangal if you don't have branch references.
