Every multi-departmental physical business needs to have a front office or reception to receive the visitors. Front Office department is the face and as well as the voice of a business. Regardless of the star rating of the hotel or the hotel type, the hotel has a front office as its most visible department. For a business such as hospitality, the front office department comes with an aspect of elevating customer experience with the business. Front Office department is a common link between the customers and the business. Food production, as the name suggests, is all about preparing food in which raw materials are transformed into ready-made food products for human consumption either in the home or in the food processing industries. It involves art and scientific approach. Food production has various sections and it starts with basic things like cleaning, packing, segregating, sorting, preparing, adding ingredients in correct proportions, presenting, etc. Both the courses are different and there is nothing to compare about. So, I would suggest you decide which interests you the most and get in the same.
