HBTI is better than LPU for CSE due to its selection criteria . LPU's selection is easy and way lenient than HBTI. Moreover, the best part which plays role in making college better is student's quality and atmosphere. For HBTI, CSE cut-off is around 12k rank in JEE Mains. Both the colleges are more or less same. But still I would suggest to go for LPU. The college will give many learning opportunities and even the placements are also good in LPU. Faculties are also good and have vast knowledge of their field. Go for LPU. Hope this helps. Goodluck!!
