It depends on many things. MBA or PGDM doesn’t really matters. Basic, difference is that MBA is offered by universities while PGDM is offered by autonomous B-schools. Statistically, it can be seen that success rate of PGDM courses are far ahead than MBA. This is so because the PGDM courses are dynamic and changes with frequent changes in the industry while MBA courses are static (there are exceptions). So PGDM or MBA is not a matter. It matters that what is the status of the college in which you are willing to go. The budget also matters. On an average PGDM is costlier than MBA. Additionally, there are many other points on basis of which decision should be taken like professional goals, etc. Hope this will help you. Thank you.
