Which one should I prefer for a PGDM program: Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development & Research or TAPMI and why?

We School's fee structure is 11.6 lakh rupees. The average package is 8.5 LPA. PGDM Courses offered: HR, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Rural Management, Retail Management, Media & Entertainment, Business Analytics, E-business, Healthcare Management and Business Design. TAMPI's fee structure: 14 lakhs. The avg. package offered: 10.06 LPA. PGDM courses offered: Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare, HR, Marketing, Operations and Finance. ROI for both the colleges is almost same. Courses offered at TAMPI are residential ones, wherein, you have to stay and complete your course at the campus and the fee structure includes hostel charges too. While We School doesn't offer a residential program. When it comes to choosing between the two, few aspects are to be considered: 1. Residential program 2. Capital to be invested 3. Location 4. ROI Otherwise, there is not much to differentiate between the two.
