If you want to pursue B.Com you should do it from Calcutta University and follow it with CA. Calcutta has some of the best colleges for finance.

I personally believe that if one wants to pursue B.Com, than it is always advisable to pursue from a University recognized by UGC especially if there has to be a choice taken between the two as mentioned in the question, then University of Mumbai, Fort Campus is the best option. The Institute of Computer Accountants is just a private institution which will be there only to earn a profit. This is what I have personally observed in cases of such private institutions. However, not all the institutions are same. Here in this comparison the University of Mumbai is far more ahead of such institutions and has great alumni and faculties for imparting their knowledge.
