Which one should I prefer for M.Arch: University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering or SRM IST, Chennai-Kattankulathur Campus and why?

In my opinion, there is no comparison. SRM being a private college is very expensive and provide all sorts of luxuries and amenities, it has been ranked as one of the best private college, whereas University Visvesarayya College of Engineering is a government college, hence it has a very reasonable fee, infrastructure is as per that. Education wise, both are good. Below are the details about each college, read it decide as per your budget and interest: University Visvesarayya College Of Engineering (UVCE): This is an old college, hence Infrastructure is old too, however, being a Government college, and the fee structure is very less compared to any other college. Total fee: INR 48,780 for complete course. Eligibility Criteria for M. Arch: Candidate should have passed B.Arch from recognized university. University Visvesarayya College of Engineering (UVCE), Bangalore was established in the year 1917. It is the 5th engineering college to be established in the country. This is one of the oldest technical institutions in the country in the various disciplines of Engineering and Architecture. NIT is affiliated to Bangalore University. UVCE is recognized by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) of the government of India. It is a recipient of financial aid under World Banks Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TEQIP).
