Which one should I prefer for pilot training: Pailan Aviation Institute - Kolkata or National Flying Training Institute (NFTI) and why?

I think NFTI is a better option, as it offers good placements like Indigo, which offer good amount of money (INR 30 Lac per annum) in starting.

Clearly, you should prefer NFTI, because Pailan Aviation Institute - Kolkata does not provide Pilot Training at all.

You can take out your own difference. Generally, it depends on both merits and demerits. NFTI is only flying club in India to run airlines cadet pilot program. Currently, it has tie up with Indigo Airlines to run Indigo Cadet Pilot program under which cadets after course completion are placed with Indigo airlines as junior first officer (JFO).
