Hi Both are good courses to do, but I'll suggest you to go for B.Tech, as B.Tech has more value than BCA. And Job opportunity is almost same.

The decision depends on your requirements of your area. If planning for software engineering or teaching line then prefer B.Tech and later M.Tech but planning for computer application then prefer BCA and MCA which is now the main promising.
