Learning online is a nice concept, but the big issues are, there are 1000s of tutorials and you may get lost. Also, you have to judge what to learn and where to learn. Also, you don't have a mentor who'd judge what is wrong with your design and what you're good at. Finally, even for the placement you will have to hunt yourself. Wish you the best for your career. Remember, your career is a resultant of your knowledge combined with your passion and expression ability. If you like this answer you may press like.
