Both the options are good. But if you are talking about the best, I would suggest you to opt for M.Sc after completing B.Sc. With M.Sc, you can take admission in the IIT and IISC. After completing M.Sc, the biggest career options are research and teaching. For this, you need to appear in the IIT JAM Exam. If you want a job as a teacher in Science stream, then I would suggest you to do B.Ed. But, M.Sc is advisable because to complete B.Ed, you need 2 years and same for M.Sc and after completing M.Sc, you are also eligible to serve some private college as a professor. You can also give NET examination after M.Sc, if you want your career in education field.
