Actually, it depends on your own budget. If your budget is more than 30 lakhs then I must suggest you go abroad. But if it is not the case then India is also a good option, not so much but it will do.

As per your course, I would advise you to pursue M.Sc in abroad because in our country, there are very less scope for subject like yours. Foreign universities have much better opportunities and also you will be able to develop a research person in yourself, when you go there.

Abroad is a better option because of the research and development prospects, infrastructure and patents. You will get better exposure abroad as compared to India.
