Depends upon your interest, but mechanical is a core branch, go through the curriculum and see if it suits you.

I will prefer you to opt for the CSE, as in India this branch only has the good scope and plenty of jobs for this field. As you do not have branch specific interest area, you may opt for VIT for CSE, BITS Pilani campus for BE (Hons) civil and BITS Hyderabad for BE (Hons) mechanical in the order of precedence.
