No, not any subject from B.Sc medicine will help you in IAS exam. As IAS exam is divided into two parts. 1. Pre. Exam 2. Mains And pre exam is further divided into two general studies and CSAT. In these two sessions whatever you study in B.Sc medicibe wiill not going to help. But in 2nd exam mains is divided into 7 part. From here 7 parts there is one part in which you have to choose your two subject in which you can score good. Here your B.Sc medicine subjects will help you. You can choose any two in which you are prefect. May be this can help you.
