If you are looking for short term job oriented course in India, then it could be one among this 3 options: 1. CAD software's (Creo, Solid works, Catia). There is a high chance for that you can get a job, but pay will be low. 2. FEA or CFD software's (Ansys, Nastran, Hypermesh, Abaqus). Getting a job is not so easy. It depends on how good you are in basics of mechanical engineering, but its pay is good. 3. Six Sigma certificate- there is good demand in quality and production areas, pay is average.
