As a career guide, I can not say that one specilization is better than another. It is purely depends on your taste and aptitude. Many specializations are availble at MBA. The traditional Electives are A. General Management B. Financial Management / Finance C. Marketing / Sales Management D. Human Resource Management / HR E. Systems / IT Management Besides these, many other specialization are also available.Ie- 1. Arline and Airport Management 2. Media Management 3. Project Management 4. Hospitality Management 5.
