As a career guide, I can not say that one specilization is better than another. It is purely depends on your taste and aptitude. Many specializations are availble at MBA. The traditional Electives are A. General Management B. Financial Management / Finance C. Marketing / Sales Management D. Human Resource Management / HR E. Systems / IT Management Besides these, many other specialization are also available.Ie- 1. Arline and Airport Management 2. Media Management 3. Project Management 4. Hospitality Management 5. Hospital Administrations 6. Healthcare Administration / Management 7. Educational Management 8. Family Business Management etc. If you have an ambition, take your choice. If you are an IT/CS Graduate and working with an IT Firm, better you take IT/SYSTEMS Management. You didnt shared your ambitions, your industry if you are working, your graduation etc.
