I would suggest that finance will be a good option as it will include a normal MBA plus finance field where you will get knowledge about banking sector in which you can get some important portfolios as compared to HR and other fields where you will mainly do side roles in a bank, but if you don't want to go into the banking sector then do anything it's just that you will have some more fields open to you.

1. List down your characteristics and then try to understand the characteristics of the specializations to be able to understand the demand and need of the market in the respective field. 2. After manipulations and analysis, try to match the best possible stream for you. 3. Also, you must consult literate and aware seniors, professors in order to have a better understanding.

It depends upon your area of interest. If you are good at maths go for finance. If you have good persuading and networking skills, you can go for marketing. HR deals with people. Choose your interest. All steams have their own value and opportunities. Marketing is the evergreen specialisation.

MBA is a very high paid salary course. You can opt among these course as per your skills and knowledge and interest. I would suggest you Marketing and Finance is a very good stream for placement.

You will have to study in all the streams. MBA is more about case studies so you won't have a problem as it won't be that much theoretical like school days. Good luck.

There are no shortcuts to success as you mentioned of less study in question. Further, MBA in given specialisation refers to job opportunities in selected companies. Marketing, HR, Finance has always scope in MBA. So, choose MBA institute & then study hard to get jobs.
