You have not mentioned your present qualification. You can look at pursuing either B.Com or BBA. Ensure that you score a minimum of 60% in your final year of graduation. After this, you have two options. The first option is to start applying for bank openings under IBPS, as in, clerical or probationary officer. Let me mention that competition is fierce. You also need to keep in mind, that bank openings are slowly reducing, which means you have to crack the exam at the first attempt. The second option is to pursue your MBA \ PGDM from a reputed B School and make your career with private or foreign banks

Smeera for a career in banking better option for you would be to go for B.Com, B.Com (H), B.Com (Professional). As for banking commerce/ accounts is required. Theses days some universities also offer integrated B.Com-MBA too. This can also be a good option. Good luck.
