It varies from person to person. If you love doing Maths, then go ahead with it, or else if you love doing physics, then go forth with it, but don't force yourself into one. Do what you love.

Check your ambition and targets. If you aim high, you need to work hard in both. It is very difficult, deciding between the two. Both are challenging.

As Maths is difficult for me, even in my PUC Science I think mathematics will be even tougher in B.Sc Mathematics. And, on the other hand I have good grab in physics subject, and it also looks easy, but consider what you want to do.

If you are good at maths, you might find physics difficult and if you are good at Physics, then you might find maths as difficult. Do it all depends on your interest in any subject.
