You have to score more than 75% in all the subjects of your 12th class which includes the PCM subjects, the English subject and the other optional subject. So, If you have scored at least 75% in the boards then you are eligible for IIT JEE 2018. As per the latest criteria, if you have cleared your 12th boards, then you are eligible for appearing in JEE Mains, but for getting admission in any IIT, NIT or IIIT, you have to score at least 75% in the boards.
