University of Alberta is better as ranking wise also and the course as well. Saskatchewan is best for research in Aboriginal Peoples, agriculture, energy and mineral resources, animal and human health, synchrotron Science and water. Jobs in Canada depend on skill shortage, so once you complete your degree, you can check but Masters in mechanical will place you well.
